I'm a trans girl furry artist from latin america and I go by she/her pronouns. I have anxiety, undiagnosed autism, and possibly adhd, so please be very patient with me ^^.I'm on my early twenties and and my birthday is on May 13th. I'm also bilingual (Spanish/English) and I'm a digital artist and wannabe full-time artist, and currently doing comms to raise money for transition costs and possible surgeries ^^I would define my personality as introverted, affectionate, very emotional, intuitive. I can get anxious in most social situations as well... at first I can be very shy especially with people I dont know well, but when I get to know someone well enough and I gain confidence with someone I can be more open, expressive and way more sociable!

Since I was little I love animals and art. I used to draw when I was little but I stopped when I reached an age where I can judge myself to others. I remember I had beliefs about art being a talent only a few are born with (I no longer think like that) but when I got in touch with the furry community in 2017 I gave it a try again. I really really like to draw anthro/furry art and I've been doing for years now.

My goal is to is to always improve as a person and also stay friendly and warm-hearted, and improve my artwork as well, eventually make a living out of my art if possibleMy favorite animals are foxes, ferrets and cats! I've always been a huge animal lover. I also love watching the clear day sky, the clouds and all of that as well as the sunsets, they are very pretty to me.I love stargazing, like watching the stars as well, specially when I'm able to get into an area without too much light pollution, I rarely have the chance. I love nature walks to whenever I have the chance (I rarely do, I live in an urban zone ;;) I like to casually take pics of anything I find interesting, I also take lots of sky pics.And as you probably guessed by now I love nature and flowers so so much ^^ I also really like collecting pins and lots of plushies. I'm also into mechanical keyboards and I really really like unnecessary but cute/kawaii things and gadgets :3My nickname cames from a combination of two things: I took Vul- from Vulpes which means Fox in latin which is one of my favorite animals, and Kiri is my sona's name but its also a name of Japanese origin (桐).
It is the Japanese word for the Paulownia tree, or princess tree, an East-Asian flowering tree. I picked this name because there are also pink/violet variants of that tree and I thought it would be fitting for my sona and also Kiri sounds cute to me :3 and I ended up somehow using it as a nickname for meI'm currently taking commissions to fund my transition and save up for surgeries like sex reassignation/gender confirmation surgery and facial feminization surgery, that would really really alliviate me from some of my biggest sources of gender dysphoria. I'm also on hrt since November 4th 2022. I would like to move out from my family's house someday, unfortunately most of them don't respect my identity and well I have to deal with that for now while I'm here. Dealing with gender dysphoria is very very exhausting for me but I'm doing my best. :'3

Q: What’s the best way to contact you?
A: Both Discord and Twitter DMs, are okay! I prefer Twitter for anything commission stuff, but Im a little more responsive on Discord.Q: What Art Programs / tools do you use?
A: I work on a HUION KAMVAS Pro 16 tablet (has screen but I work on it like it if was a screenless tablet, at first i used the screen but switched because its more comfortable for me and also ergonomics) And one-handed keyboard next to it for shortcutsI draw and paint on Clip Studio Paint, works the best for my workflow and the kind of art I make. And I would recommend it to anyone getting into digital art.Q: Do you do character design or reference sheet commissions?
A: I can try but I dont have many samples of that, feel free to ask! I can also design characters but I would say that's not my forte.Q: Can I provide you with drawings as examples or references for what I want?
A: Yes please! Feel free to provide examples.You have no idea how much that helps me to get your idea. If you're giving me NSFW examples just please warn me beforehand, I'm not always in a private setting.Q: Can I commission my character(s) with any of yours?
A: Yes. However I may not always accept your idea. Those I do accept get 20% discount off the additional character if it's one of my characters filling it.Q: Can my commission involve someone's character(s)?
A: If you want a commission that involves someone's Sona/OC, please make sure you HAVE ASKED FOR THEIR PERMISSION/CONSENT first. If it is a surprise (for example a birthday surprise), please make sure that the individual is okay with having their character drawn in this commission.Q: Do you take Joint commissions?
A: Yup I can no problem as long as I get the full amount of the commission. Either I get payment from each individual (one invoice for each) or the entire amount on a single transaction (This is preferred if possible). Commission will be treated as a regular one and revisions will require approval from those who paid for the commission.Q: May I use the commission result that you did for commercial use?
A: No you're not allowed to. All commissions are only for personal use unless negotiated otherwise.Q: Can you draw like (insert another artist’s name)?
A: No. If you really like their art commission them instead.Q: Do you take requests?
A: No. I may ask in social media if I'm really in the mood but this is very rare. I can also do art raffles from time to time so thats a decent chance of getting free art from me. I'd love to draw stuff for free but unfortunately my energy and time is limited. Please do not ask me for request and/or free art, I will just ignore or block you.Q: May I repost your art on another site?
A: Do not repost my art on another site without my permission please! If you're not the commissioner of said piece or any of your characters aren't on the piece you cannot repost the art.Q: You’re too expensive, I can’t afford you. Do you make any exceptions?
A: Sorry but I do not make any exceptions. Art is my only job and I have no other means of income. My prices may fluctuate over time both up and down and I may do temporary sales for specific commission types. But otherwise feel free to look for another artist willing to do work for cheaper.

TERMS OF SERVICE:
By pucharsing any artwork from me, you are stating that you have read and agree to the following conditions. I will work under the assumption that you have read and agreed to them.I reserve the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.

General:

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission at any time for any reason, without explanation.

  • My native language is not english and I have trouble coming up with words sometimes but I will do my best and will try to respond as fast as possible, so please use simple language and be patient! <3

  • Simple, short descriptions are better than long paragraphs!

  • Wait time: ~2 days to 3 months. Depends on queue. I will be able to deliver quicker if there are not many orders. Check my trello to ensure you're confortable with current waiting times before commissioning ^^ I will give you an estimate if you contact me. (Certain situations may arise and delay this time-frame. I may start work on other commissions on queue while I wait for revision responses from other commissioners)

  • I will not accept commissions from private/new accounts.

  • I will take my time with the art but I can take rush orders if needed, a fee will be added on top. If you want this you can let me know when you contact me. Obviously I need a reasonable timeframe to work within.

  • Do not ask to change your character once I start working on commission

  • You must have permission to use or own the characters you are commissioning. Must also provide visual reference for each character

  • I may reject your idea of changes if you give me artistic freedom (without any preferences, saying for example, “do what you feel” or “surprise me”) and then ask for changes later. Do not be picky. I might accept some changes on small details but that will be at my discretion.


Copyright, Permissions and Usage policy:

  • Unless negotiated otherwise, I hold full copyright to all of my produced work, and retain the rights to use it how I wish as well as retain the commercial use licenses of the commission.

  • I retain the right to display any commissions in any form, in my gallery, for advertising, promoting myself and as examples if I choose.

  • I can repurpose and use any declined or unused sketches that the commissioner is unhappy with in (For example: YCHs)

  • You may freely repost your commission on social media as long as you credit me in some way.

  • You may use your commissions for personal use only (this includes but is not limited to print for personal display, wallpaper, used as profile icons on social media, posted on your page, gallery, merchandise/prints and the like.) but I still require you credit me for the piece.

  • Do not claim the commission as your own and/or take credit for my artwork.

  • Do not remove my watermarks/signature

  • Do not reproduce and use my work for commercial purposes (making money off of it by any means)


Payments and Refunds:

  • Payment methods: PayPal USD (Invoices).

  • I will send an invoice and only begin to work on your commission and/or add to queue (and begin working on it once it reaches top of waiting list) once it is fully paid. To send the invoice I will require your e-mail associated with the account.

  • All commissions must be paid in full, upfront. All prices are in USD. If invoice is unpaid after 24 hours I will cancel the order and give your slot to someone else.

  • Account must belong to you; not your parents or anyone else.

  • Complexity will bring extra charges (wings, complex clothing, scenary, etc)

  • I will fully refund (minus transaction/processing fees) and cancel a commission only if something comes up that impedes me from finishing it or if I have not started on the piece and the commissioner requests it.

  • Once payment is received and I start working on the piece, the commissioner cannot request a full refund. I will only offer 50% of their money back minus transaction/processing fees if I'm still on the sketching stage (this is to compensate for my time and effort). After I start working on inking/lineart and/or painting you cannot request any refund.

  • I will never use your information or name beyond the payment forms between us, and I will never share or mention it to you (unless there is an issue with it) or anyone without your express permission.

  • You agree to give up any rights and attempts of chargeback

  • Any attempts of chargeback will be considered bad faith by the buyer and will result in automatic loss of character rights/art made and blacklist. The artist will also have full rights to resell the character design/ recycle the art made in this scenario.


Process & Delivery:

  • I will request revision approvals for at least 1 instance of the work, specifically for the sketch and in some cases or if requested, coloring (flat color, pre-rendering). revisions must be approved by the commissioner before I continue with your commission. These revisions cannot lead to backtracking already approved steps, nor increase drastically the amount of work planned for the commission.

  • Feel free to ask for small edits and corrections during WIPs. You will be allowed only up to 2 free edits, any edits after will be charged. Please make sure to compile every edit into a single message to avoid extra charges!

  • Edits to fix mistakes at my fault (example: missed some important marks or non-optional accesories) won't be charged. I am not responsible for faults resulted in information you do not provide and fixing those will be charged.

  • Large edits and redraws (example: re-do clothing, poses or linework in general) must be paid for

  • Free minor fixes can be made to the final product if I've made any mistakes. But there will be NO changes after the commission has been completed.

  • Once commission is complete, I will send you the finished images (full resolution) via e-mail or your desired platform. These are digital products, nothing will be physically shipped.

  • Let me know if who you'd like me to credit for the commission/characters in the commission. I can refer to you as anonymous upon request.

  • If you want your commission to be private (only sent directly to you and not posted anywhere) I will charge a 25% privacy fee.


Termination:

  • If the commissioner fails to respond to revisions approval from the artist for a period longer than 15 days, the commissioned work will be considered completed by both parties without the need for refunds or further work.


Reference Material And Information:

  • If you give me a reference sheet that is anything other than a digital, full body, UNSHADED reference sheet, know that I am not responsible for any mistakes made.

  • Please provide all the necessary reference materials and information for your commission. Visual references (PREFERRED) and written references are fine. If written reference is too complex/not specific enough for me to work off of, I reserve the right to add a charge onto the order or not taking the commission. Written reference can be accompanied by images which would help me get a better idea of what's in your mind ^^

  • Please be specific when ordering, artistic freedom is acceptable but please at least give me a personality and like/interests to work with and any other information that you think could help! Guidance really really helps

  • I am not responsible for faults resulted in information you do not provide to me

  • I will work on my own style, and while references and requests to make things more cartoony/realistic is fine, asking me to "draw like [insertname]" is not.

  • Artistic freedom is NOT allowed with stickers.
